Revell-Monogram Aircraft 1/72 F82G Twin Mustang Aircraft Kit
Introduced in 1946, the Twin Mustang F-82G was a radical departure from conventional single-fuselage airplanes. It was not, however, simply two P-51 Mustangs paired together. Instead, the F-82G was more aerodynamic to achieve greater range at higher speeds. It could be controlled from either cockpit - the main pilot had a full range of instruments, while the co-pilot only had relief and emergency instruments.
