One-hundred and seventy-five Fletcher Class destroyers were built by the United States during WWII. In 1958 six of these ships were sold to the West German Kriegsmarine to help establish their new navy. This impressive 1/144 scale model represents this legendary class of destroyer in West German service. This Platinum Edition kit includes photo-etched detail parts and turned metal barrels for a truly museum-quality model. The finished model is 797 mm in length.
