The USMC's Tilt-Rotor Triumph
The V-22 Osprey has defied convention from day one. It's the world's first operational tilt-rotor aircraft. This unique design gives the V-22 Osprey Vertical Takeoff and Landing (VTOL) and Short Takeoff and Landing (STOL) capabilities. Although it functions like a heli, the Osprey cruises with the speed and range of a turboprop plane. Kit features new tooling, movable engine nacelles, two pilot figures and display stand parts.
