Monroe Models HO Ellie's House Kit
You remember Ellie's House. Not far from the tracks and across the street from the depot. As a kid you saw her sitting on the front step or looking out the bay window whenever a train would arrive in town.
- The kit is based on a Victorian-era Gothic House of the late 1800's
- It is made of precision laser cut basswood and fiber board materials
- It includes cast metal chimneys, peel and stick windows and trim, plus laser cut window glazing.
- The roof is covered by laser cut, peel and stick, saw tooth and simulated cedar shake shingles.
- All you need to do is choose Ellie's paint scheme and use wood glue for assembly
